Wow! We’ve had quite a year. I’ve been busy making scrapbooks for a few special people and I am amazed at how much we have done. What has struck me the most is the sheer resilience of my boys. Given last week’s events, the promise of a child’s resilience has been on my mind.
Here’s my little one reminding us that all change simply leads to new adventures.
Here’s my Gabriel jumping for joy! How lucky was I to get this shot?!? I took this picture during our annual corn maze adventure. We were all missing our friends that day since this was quite the thing to do in upstate NY. Here we were doing this for the first time in Massachusetts and having a great time. More importantly, Gabriel was too preoccupied to miss his buddies–so for the first time all month in September he truly was full of joy.
Finally, I finally made some layouts about our trip to the Cranberry Harvest Festival. Love, love, love how this came out. It’s the bright colors and layering that is still making me smile. This quick project that exceeded my expectations.
So I’m up to completing 50 layouts this month. So far none for me so I am really hoping that Santa rewards my efforts with a 2ps certificate because I need some new supplies after all this work. Back to the crafting workshop …
